Meet our new BBQ Scientist and Chef, Keile Baney!

Hoggy’s would also love for our Porkstars to meet our new Chef, Keile Baney! He’s our mad scientist and you’re going to love what he’s smoking!

Keile grew up in Erie, Pennsylvania with a love for food and cooking. He started working in the kitchen at restaurants after high school and quickly worked his way up the ranks of the kitchens. He always had a love for grilling and smoking BBQ. He spent his off time manning his smoker at home and perfecting his craft. Keile moved to Columbus in 2004 and has worked as a chef in some of the city’s top restaurants. He also loves to compete in BBQ competitions and his BBQ team named “Baney-Q”, which consists of him and his wife, have won multiple awards for his meats and sauces. He’s extremely excited to bring his talents to the Hoggy’s family.

When not working, Keile enjoys spending time with his wife, friends and family, and his two dogs. He’s also a diehard Browns fan and has a love for gardening and blues music. Stop in and give Keile’s State Championship Competition BBQ a taste!
